Nike’s Air technology has made an appearance throughout Nike silhouettes for years but it was the release of the Nike Air Max 1 30 years ago that allowed the Air technology to not only be felt but also seen.
Nike marks the release of the iconic Air Max 1 each year on ‘Air Max Day’, 26 March.
This year, the milestone will be celebrated with a collection of Air Max sneakers being released throughout March.
The collection will include the original Nike Air Max 1 as well as the fan voted Atmos x Nike Air Max 1, Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Flyknit, Nike Air Max LD-Zero, Nike Air Max 1 Ultra 2.0 LE, Nike Air VaporMax and Nike Air Max Jewell.
