Floyd Mayweather has called out Conor McGregor once again during a public appearance on Friday in Liverpool.
During his appearance, Mayweather urged McGregor to fight him this June and put everything else aside.
The undefeated boxer and UFC champion have been verbally sparring for months creating some massive hype surrounding whether or not they would actually end up in the ring.
We are yet to see any kind of fight between Mayweather and McGregor come together and there has been a lot drama surrounding payment and contracts, prohibiting the pair to meet in the ring.
UFC president Dana White, who publicly offered Mayweather and McGregor $25 million for the fight at one point, has also expressed doubt in it ever happening.
Mayweather retired in September 2015 but has admitted this fight would be the only fight to bring him out of retirement in an attempt to give the people what they want.
“For Conor McGregor, I’m coming out of retirement — just to fight Conor McGregor,” said Mayweather, after he instructed the audience to videotape him with their phones.
“I don’t want to hear no more excuses about the money [or] about the UFC. Sign the paper with the UFC, so you can fight me in June. Simple and plain. Let’s fight in June.”
